Xanh Entertainment is currently seeking $2.5 million in seed funding for its platform, EscapeSquid, which combines virtual fitness experiences with travel and local activities. The funds will be used to enhance product development, expand technology, and establish partnerships with local businesses in the fitness, hospitality, and travel sectors.
EscapeSquid aims to start with at-home virtual cycling and fitness programs, eventually leading to in-person classes and destination travel experiences. Planned U.S. event cities include Nashville, Portland, Anaheim, Dallas, Philadelphia, Chicago, and New York City.
John Phung, the CEO, emphasized the goal of connecting virtual fitness participants with local businesses to create opportunities that benefit all parties involved.
