GOG is reviving nostalgia for PC gaming’s “big box” packaging by introducing downloadable 3D models and high-res printable templates for select games. Currently, the “Printable Big Box” collection includes titles like Armikrog, Descent, Hitman: Codename 47, Myst, and Star Trek: 25th Anniversary. Players can access a ZIP file containing a 3D box art file in GLB format and printable templates in PDF, SVG, and Adobe Illustrator formats. This initiative aims to preserve the history of physical media, allowing gamers to recreate the charming packaging that once adorned their shelves.
