The City of Coronado Cultural Arts Commission is hosting an opening reception for the exhibition “Rhythm & Form” at the Spreckels Gallery on Thursday, September 17, at 5:30 PM. This exhibition explores movement, energy, and visual rhythm through a diverse range of mediums by 21 local artists, showcasing their creativity and artistic talents.
The reception will provide an opportunity for attendees to meet the artists, view the exhibition, and enjoy an evening filled with art and community connection. Highlights will include an acoustic performance by local musician Matt Heinecke and an interactive art experience for guests.
The “Rhythm & Form” exhibition will be on display until February 2027 at the Spreckels Gallery, located in the John D. Spreckels Center at 1019 Seventh Street. The city welcomes residents and visitors to celebrate the return of art exhibitions and programming in this public space.
