The commercial landscape at Heartwood is evolving, with the new retail center, The Row, set to open soon in Poplar Place’s Town District. This center will offer a diverse selection of dining, entertainment, services, and specialty retail, enhancing the visibility of the Exit 82 area.

The Row will complement the nearby Kessler hotels and Starbucks, providing more opportunities for residents and visitors to engage in shopping and leisure.
Bill Cunningham, VP of Real Estate for Raydient, highlighted that The Row will not only serve Heartwood but will also generate jobs and create new experiences for the Richmond Hill community.
A grand opening brunch and ribbon-cutting ceremony is scheduled for Thursday, September 24, at 11 AM.
