McVay emphasized that their approach is based on prior experiences, notably their successful trip to London last year, where they arrived just a day before the game and achieved a decisive win.
Despite the long flight of approximately 15 hours, the Rams will provide lie-flat seats for their players and coaches to help manage fatigue. Quarterback Matthew Stafford remarked on keeping the week as normal as possible, likening Sunday to a Wednesday routine.
The outcome of this game, along with each team’s performance in the following weeks, could influence future travel strategies across the league.
