Ricky Wilson, the frontman of the Kaiser Chiefs, has officially signed up for the next season of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!. Despite politely declining invitations to participate in the show several times before, he has reportedly “finally given in” to the allure of the jungle.
A source revealed to The Sun that show bosses have been eager to recruit Ricky for years, and they are excited to finally have him on board, believing he will be a fantastic addition to the camp.
In addition to Ricky, several other notable personalities are in discussions to participate in the upcoming series. These include:
- Joanna Page, known for her role in Gavin and Stacey.
- Ade Adepitan, a Paralympian and TV presenter, who is also considering joining the show.
- AJ Odudu, the Big Brother host, who is reportedly keen on competing in the show after securing her working dates for Big Brother.
Also in the mix is Chloe Burrows from Love Island, who is said to be in advanced talks with ITV. Her involvement could potentially attract a younger audience, as she boasts a significant social media following.
However, ITV has commented that any names floated should be considered mere speculation at this point.
