Owner Ely Corliss shared the story behind its inception: after a bakery in the basement struggled due to the pandemic, he took over the entire space and transformed it. This included adding a Skee-Ball room alongside a kitchen serving themed burgers like the “Sonic Bleu” and “Hulk Smash Cheeseburger.”
