Claire McDonough, Rivian’s CFO since 2021 and instrumental in the company’s IPO, will leave her position on October 30. She will be succeeded by Derek Mulvey, Rivian’s VP of finance, while CEO RJ Scaringe seeks a permanent replacement. Scaringe praised McDonough’s leadership and expressed confidence in Mulvey for a smooth transition.
In her next role at GE Vernova, McDonough will replace Ken Parks, who will assist during the transition until April.
Additionally, Texas-based Mission Critical Group has appointed Akash Raj as their new CFO. The company specializes in designing and manufacturing energy-related equipment.
