Forvis Mazars Strengthens Its U.S. Energy and Infrastructure Finance Division

Forvis Mazars LLP, a prominent public accounting and consulting firm in the U.S., has announced enhancements to its Energy & Infrastructure Finance Modeling & Model Due Diligence practice. This initiative includes closer collaboration across the Forvis Mazars Global network and the appointment of dedicated U.S. leadership, with Sakshi Ghai named as the practice leader.

The practice serves a variety of stakeholders, including developers, investors, lenders, utilities, and infrastructure owners, and aims to provide comprehensive financial modeling, valuation, and advisory services throughout the investment cycle—from project development to asset management.

Aprille Bell, national leader of the U.S. Infrastructure practice, emphasized the growing investment in the energy and infrastructure sector, highlighting the firm’s strategic alignment with global professionals to enhance client support. The practice draws on extensive experience in renewable energy, utilities, and other sectors, contributing to significant financial and transactional engagements.

Sakshi Ghai, Managing Director, aims to strengthen collaboration between U.S. and global teams to deliver an “Unmatched Client Experience®.” With over 13 years of experience, she previously oversaw financial close models for projects like the New Terminal One at JFK Airport. Ghai noted that leveraging global capabilities allows the firm to better serve clients in a dynamic investment environment.

This enhancement reflects Forvis Mazars’ commitment to the energy sector, focusing on services across renewable energy, power generation, and related markets.
