Firefighters Respond to Business Fire in Montague
MONTAGUE, Mass. (WGGB/WSHM) – Firefighters from across Franklin County were dispatched to a business fire in Montague on Wednesday afternoon.
The emergency call came in around 2:30 p.m. reporting smoke inside the Architectural Components facility on North Leverett Road. Workers at the facility discovered the smoke and alerted authorities.
Montague Fire Chief Luke Hartnett confirmed that the fire was limited to woodworking units and sawdust within the furniture-making shop, with no structural damage reported to the building.
