KPI Green Energy Limited has received a Letter of Intent for the development of a 33.6/76.6 MW DC Wind-Solar Hybrid Power Project in Gujarat. This project will have 33.6 MW of wind capacity and 43 MW DC of solar capacity, structured under a Group Captive arrangement. A Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) will be established for its ownership and operation.
The project is expected to be developed, constructed, and commissioned within 14 months from Stage-2 connectivity, with a completion deadline set for December 31, 2027. It will include a 25-year energy supply agreement once operational. The customer is a domestic Private Body Corporate, and there are no related party transaction implications associated with the contract.
