Lollypop Farm is hosting a community pet care event in Rochester on Thursday, offering free vaccinations for dogs and other resources. The event will run from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Connected Communities Neighborhood HUB (616 N. Goodman St.) and operates on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.
