Bay Area Asian shopping center introduces boba tea franchise, gluten-free crepes, and artisanal ramen.

The Pacific Pearl Shopping Center in Pleasanton is set to welcome four new dining options, enhancing its vibrant Asian strip mall. Among these are the popular Taiwanese boba tea outlet Chicha San Chen, which specializes in freshly brewed tea and plans to open in late August. Another notable addition is Eight Turn Crepe, known for its gluten-free crepes, slated to open in late September or early October.

Additionally, the self-serve frozen yogurt chain Yogurtland and HiroNori Craft Ramen, which is recognized by the Michelin Guide for its high-quality ramen, have also secured spots in the shopping center. While Yogurtland and HiroNori Craft Ramen have yet to announce specific opening dates, they join the diverse offerings at Pacific Pearl, which is anchored by a 99 Ranch Market.

Located near the San Francisco Premium Outlets in Livermore, the shopping center features around two dozen retail and commercial spaces, promising a rich culinary experience for the local community and visitors alike.
