Bay Area Asian shopping center introduces boba tea franchise, gluten-free crepes, and artisanal ramen.

The Pacific Pearl Shopping Center in Pleasanton is set to welcome four exciting new additions, enhancing its vibrant Asian strip mall. Here’s what you can expect:

  1. Chicha San Chen: A popular Taiwanese boba tea outlet known for its freshly brewed tea, milk tea, and fruit tea, is scheduled to open in late August. This will be their latest outlet, joining locations in Berkeley, Cupertino, and more.

  2. Eight Turn Crepe: This New York-based crepe specialist offers gluten-free crepes made from rice flour, available with a range of sweet and savory fillings. They plan to open their first Northern California store in late September or early October.

  3. Yogurtland: The self-serve frozen yogurt chain lets customers customize their treats. While they have multiple locations in the Bay Area, an official opening date for the Pleasanton store is yet to be announced.

  4. HiroNori Craft Ramen: Known for rich bone broths and house-made noodles, this restaurant holds a Bib Gourmand designation from the Michelin Guide. Their opening date is also pending, but they’re known for offering quality meals at reasonable prices.

The shopping center, featuring around two dozen retail spaces and anchored by a 99 Ranch Market, is located at the eastern edge of Pleasanton, near the San Francisco Premium Outlets in Livermore.
