Herbalife notably acquired Bioniq for $150 million, expanding its offerings in supplements tailored from personal health data. The company also invested in Link BioSciences and Pruvit, focusing on nutritional advancements. A recent launch, Life I/O, targets healthy aging, while the acquisition of Pro2col, backed by Ronaldo, aims to provide wellness plans based on unique personal data.
These products utilize science and digital health tools, coupled with coaching, to offer scalable personalized nutrition solutions.
Financial Performance
Herbalife recently reported second-quarter sales of $1.3 billion, reflecting a 5.4% year-over-year increase. The company’s adjusted EBITA reached $167 million, surpassing guidance expectations. In April, Herbalife executed a $1.45 billion senior secured refinancing, which is anticipated to save about $45 million annually in interest costs, showcasing its solid financial strategy amid market volatility.
According to projections, Herbalife’s earnings are expected to see a 12.31% increase next year, from $2.68 to $3.01 per share.
