Jaren Jackson Junior, despite being traded from the Memphis Grizzlies to the Utah Jazz, is committed to giving back to the Memphis community where his career started. Recently, a new playground was inaugurated in the New Pathways neighborhood, funded by his “Much Required Initiative.” This playground, located at 670 Vance Avenue, was developed in collaboration with the Women’s Foundation for a Greater Memphis and the Vance Avenue Youth Development Center, which has supported over 200 children for more than 30 years. Notably, this marks the center’s first dedicated outdoor recreation area.
