Investindustrial Growth III has signed an agreement to invest in P.A. Aromatics, a company specializing in the development and production of flavors for the food, confectionery, beverage, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic industries, as well as fragrances for home and personal care.
The leadership team will remain unchanged, with Pinuccio Montagna serving as Chairman of the Board and Riccardo Montagna continuing as CEO.
Investindustrial received legal assistance from Gatti Pavesi Bianchi Ludovici, led by Equity Partner Stefano Nanni Costa and supported by partners and associates. Tax and structuring matters were handled by Chiomenti, with partner Massimo Antonini at the helm.
P.A. Aromatics and its shareholders worked with Legance, involving several partners and associates, as well as PedersoliGattai for corporate and tax issues.
