– Nearly $1 million in additional private investment linked to projects showcased during DNA’s Spring Real Estate Programs.

Greer emphasizes that these projects result from extensive planning and collaboration with various stakeholders. She underlined the importance of capacity-building efforts that often remain unseen, such as grant applications and volunteer coordination.

The DNA’s operational budget is devoted to supporting essential functions and adherence to Mississippi Main Street standards, while also fostering partnerships with local businesses and property owners. Greer expressed gratitude for the City’s support and confidence in managing the funds responsibly as they work to enhance downtown living through placemaking initiatives.
