Siegwerk Enhances Worldwide Competence and Customer Service Through Investment Initiative

Siegwerk is ramping up its growth strategy, “Formula 2030,” by more than doubling its investment for 2025 to enhance global presence, technical capabilities, and automation through digitalization. The company plans to invest over €300 million over the next five years in organic growth and operational efficiency, alongside strategic M&A activities to boost competitiveness.

CEO Nicolas Wiedmann emphasizes that every investment aims to support customers by enhancing production capacity, technical expertise, and digital infrastructure, which leads to improved quality and reliability.

### Key Investments
A significant development in 2025 was the acquisition of Allinova, enhancing Siegwerk’s coatings expertise and supporting innovative solutions in sustainability. New facilities in India aim to bolster these offerings in Asia.

Siegwerk also expanded its presence in the Middle East with a new site in Dubai and secured additional land in Indonesia for capacity expansion. In India, the groundbreaking for the Bhiwadi site aims to enhance capacity and efficiency, marking it as the company’s largest Center of Excellence.

Modernization included new production facilities in Germany and the US, warehouse expansions, and global IT projects for CRM and PLM systems.

These investments lead to standardization and efficiency, fostering high-quality products and swift innovation. Wiedmann notes that these strategic moves build a future-ready organization that delivers long-term value.

In 2026, Siegwerk further strengthened its position in India by acquiring Hi-Tech Inks, holding a 20% market share in flexible packaging, reinforcing its role in the global packaging industry. Overall, Siegwerk’s commitment to investment lays a strong foundation for future growth.
