Rubrik is investing over $500 million in the UK, establishing London as its EMEA headquarters. This move positions London as a prime hub for AI-led services, joining other tech companies like Salesforce and Databricks in recent investments. Rubrik emphasizes the UK’s significance as a rapidly growing market, driven by increasing demands for AI adoption and cyber resilience.
CEO Bipul Sinha highlighted the importance of this investment for addressing European data sovereignty, enhancing recovery from cyber threats, and facilitating safe AI scaling. Rubrik’s UK operations have noted record growth, securing high-profile clients such as Fortegra Financial and the Scottish Government.
The new headquarters will feature a collaborative workspace with amenities like an indoor park and an Executive Briefing Centre for customer engagement. Additionally, Rubrik recently launched its Security Cloud on the AWS European Sovereign Cloud, targeting EU public sector and regulated organizations.
