As Young Thug awaits trial amid the ongoing YSL RICO case, several defendants, including Gunna, have accepted plea deals that don’t require them to testify against him. His lawyer, Brian Steel, argues that Young Thug has been unfairly targeted by authorities, pointing to the reliance on testimonies from individuals seeking leniency in their own cases. Jury selection is set for January 5, 2023.
