Menu Highlights

Barbare and her business partner, Shanese Courtney, designed the menu inspired by their personal favorites from local coffee stands, adding unique twists.

Signature drinks include the White Ruston Raspberry Mocha, featuring espresso, whole milk, raspberry drizzle, white chocolate sauce, red raspberry flavoring, whipped cream, and raspberry powder. Another standout is the s’mores-themed Titlow Bonfire, made with espresso, whole milk, dark chocolate sauce, marshmallow fluff, marshmallow flavoring, cocoa powder, and mini marshmallows.

Traditional Americanos and lattes will also be available, alongside energy drinks and “twisted” sodas.

Food Offerings

Breakfast sandwiches are offered with egg and cheese on robust rolls, featuring choices like brown sugar bacon, turkey, sausage, or plant-based protein. Other snack options include bagels, muffins, cake pops, and cookies.

Lunch selections encompass a variety of sandwiches, including ham and brie, turkey with pesto and havarti, Cubans, and croissant PB&Js.

Operating hours for The Coffee Spot will be daily from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Local Competition

Prior to this, the only comparable coffee stands in the vicinity were Coffeezaun Espresso on North 46th Street and Cafe Elite in the West End.

Barbare expressed enthusiasm for the North Stevens Street location as it is conveniently near Mason Middle School, where her daughter is a student. Plans are in place to collaborate with the school, inviting students to propose a special drink each year.

Future Plans

The Coffee Spot has ambitions to expand to the Lakewood area within the next year, though Barbare and Courtney are still finalizing their plans.

Given the dedication and investment they have put into this venture over the last year, both owners are excited to launch.
