Rainier Valley Coffee has launched the soft opening of their brick-and-mortar establishment at 108 N. Meridian, a location previously occupied by Gather Juice before its closure in December. According to their Facebook announcement, the coffee shop will be open daily from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m.

“We’re losing our spot in Puyallup because the owner sold it a year and a half into our lease. Our lease stipulates that we have a year to vacate if requested,” Faille explained. “We prepare our sandwiches out of that location, so we needed another. Hence, we chose this new space.”
