Wicked Gluten Free Expo: Samples, Food Trucks & Allergen-Friendly Vendors in Oaks This Summer

Get ready for a delicious celebration of gluten-free, vegan, and allergen-friendly foods at the Wicked Gluten Free Expo! More than 100 exhibitors will convene at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center in Oaks on Saturday, July 18, showcasing a wide variety of products tailored to special dietary needs.

The expo will take place from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., featuring complimentary food samples, vendors offering prepared meals, food trucks, and engaging presentations throughout the day.

Notable presentations include gluten-free pizza and bread demonstrations by Patrick Auger, head chef at Better Batter, allergy-friendly baking tips from Jennifer Greenhill of Aquafaba Test Kitchen, and a gluten-free bread-making session led by Jules Shepard, the founder of gfJules.

Attendees are encouraged to arrive ready to shop, and organizers suggest bringing rolling coolers or additional bags to carry home purchases and samples. Please note that some vendors may only accept cash.

Admission for adults aged 13 and older is $27.50, while tickets for children aged 6 to 12 are priced at $8. Children under 6 can enter for free. There will also be a happy hour admission window from 3-5 p.m., offering tickets for adults at $12 and free admission for children aged 6-12 during that time.
