The diamond pulses, which involve slightly lowering and raising her body in this position, round out this section of her workout.

To finish, Hayden incorporates plié squats (and pulses) followed by curtsy lunges, concluding the routine with a wide-stance forward fold for a proper cool down. She remarks, “The stronger my muscles remain, the less likely I am to get injured during high-impact stunts or other athletic activities.”
