From May through September, participants can join in for structured fitness and health programs on select Wednesdays. Sessions will be available at both noon and 6 PM, making it easy to find a time that suits your schedule.

Organized by the Danville Business Alliance and supported by Geisinger alongside the Community Giving Foundation, Wellness Wednesdays offers a variety of activities designed to engage all ages. Whether you’re looking to participate in walking groups, strength training, dance classes, or nutrition education, there’s something for everyone. To ensure a comfortable experience for all participants, sessions accommodate various fitness levels.
