Located at 33473 Lake Road, Love Coffee Roasters offers “a variety of classic and specialty coffee and tea drinks, matcha, boba tea, pastries, and farm-to-table breakfast items.”
The café also provides catering options for events accommodating 40 to over 300 guests.
The owner, Chris Schilla, a resident of Avon Lake, discovered his passion for coffee during his time in the military.
“I had some challenging days during my service in the U.S. Army, but a good cup of coffee really helped lift my spirits,” he remarked.
Prior to launching this new venture, Schilla and his wife operated a mobile coffee cart.
“It’s truly a dream come true to open a coffee shop in my hometown,” shared Schilla. “This offers a wonderful opportunity to provide quality, freshly roasted coffee to my local community. Avon Lake needs a coffee shop that’s accessible for its west side residents, and I believe that Stop 65 and Beach Park Station is a developing plaza with many exciting prospects ahead.”
