Shinsegae Duty Free is enhancing its VIP offerings by introducing a pet dog care service in collaboration with YELED. This new benefit allows customers traveling with pets to access dog hotel services while they are away.
Starting in October, domestic customers who spend over $300 at Shinsegae Duty Free will receive a voucher for a one-night stay at a YELED dog hotel, valid until January 31 of the following year. Additionally, dog hotel users can enjoy a one-day trial pass for a dog kindergarten.
Shinsegae Duty Free aims to formalize pet care services as part of its VIP benefits. Earlier in July, the company launched a premium airport mobility service connecting homes to Incheon and Gimpo airports for VIP customers. A representative stated that the company is committed to refining services based on customer feedback and expanding offerings to meet diverse travel needs.
