Sheriff’s Office Dispatch is Currently Experiencing Issues with Business Lines

Sept. 21 Update: Crews are still working to resolve issues with the business lines. We are currently awaiting an estimated time for resolution. Additionally, there may be complications for some individuals attempting to call 911 from a landline phone. We will provide updates as more information becomes available.
Sept. 20: The San Juan County Sheriff’s Office Dispatch Center is experiencing problems with their business lines (360-378-4151 and 360-378-4141), affecting approximately 5,125 customers.
Please note, 911 services are still operational for those in need of emergency assistance.
We have contacted Century Link and Call Works to address the problem. The Sheriff’s Office will provide updates once the situation is resolved. Thank you for your patience during this time.
