MILAN (AP) — Jennifer Lopez brought her iconic star power to the runway show of Dolce & Gabbana during Milan Fashion Week for Spring Summer 2027. She made a striking entrance in a dark velvet suit, complemented by a matching cap and equestrian boots.
The collection drew inspiration from Sicilian heritage, presenting it as a lineage meant to be updated. It included nubby tweed suits with leopard trim, playful bloomers, and bra tops featuring checked tablecloth prints, alongside lace slips adorned with fringe and beads.
Designers Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana targeted a younger audience, blending glam denim with gardening boots while maintaining their signature black dresses, lingerie, and animal prints.
Outside the venue, fans eagerly waved signs for K-pop star Choi San and Japanese actor Hikaru Iwamoto, but it was Lopez’s name that echoed through the crowd as attendees exited the show.
Lopez, a long-time collaborator with the fashion house, had previously dazzled at Vogue World in a strapless black tulle gown with sequined details. During the runway show, she observed the models with keen interest, captivated especially by a striking animal print hooded cape, embellished with gold detailing and trimmed in faux fur—truly fit for a diva.
