Cedar Crossing Casino in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, has announced the opening of its Compass Center, which will feature an interactive space exploration exhibit titled “Astronaut.” This exhibit, running from November through February 2027, offers visitors hands-on experiences related to astronaut training and life in space. Created by Scitech and produced by Imagine Exhibitions, the exhibit aims to enhance arts, culture, and STEM education, with free admission for Linn County school field trips.
Additionally, Cedar Crossing has revealed a lineup of performances featuring artists like Foghat, Hinder, and Trace Adkins, with tickets on sale starting October 9. The $275 million development will include a 160,000-square-foot casino complex along the Cedar River, with an entertainment venue and restaurants, set to open in mid-November.
