Woodway Energy Infrastructure Appoints Russell Shriver as Chief Commercial Officer
HOUSTON, Oct. 7, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Woodway Energy Infrastructure LLC (“Woodway”), a leading developer and operator of intrastate natural gas pipelines, announced the appointment of Russell Shriver as Chief Commercial Officer, effective immediately.
Mr. Shriver brings nearly 30 years of experience in commercial, strategic, and development roles, joining Woodway as the company expands its infrastructure to meet the growing energy demands from data centers, independent power producers (IPPs), utilities, industrial customers, and LNG facilities.

Previously, Mr. Shriver held senior roles at prominent data center developers such as Digital Realty and Vantage Data Centers, where he led initiatives significantly increasing market reach and capacity. His recent focus on delivering scalable power solutions to meet complex energy needs aligns with Woodway’s objectives to address challenges faced by large-load customers.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Shriver spent approximately 15 years in commercial leadership roles within telecommunications, contributing to the development of new infrastructure-intensive products.

- A Master of Science in Global Energy Management from the University of Colorado.
- A bachelor’s degree from Baylor University.
