Troy Rathbone is wanted for allegedly breaking into Mama Lee’s Sandbar in July, causing over $40,000 in damage. He faces charges of burglary and criminal damage to property. Rathbone is also involved in another case related to the non-consensual distribution of private images and electronic harassment.
In mid-August, another suspect, Phillip Smith, 46, was arrested in connection with the same incident but was released under the Pre-Trial Fairness Act. Authorities utilized surveillance footage and Flock cameras to identify suspects.
