Woodway Energy Infrastructure Appoints Russell Shriver as Chief Commercial Officer
HOUSTON, Oct. 7, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Woodway Energy Infrastructure LLC, a prominent developer and operator of intrastate natural gas pipelines, has appointed Russell Shriver as Chief Commercial Officer, effective immediately.
With nearly 30 years of experience in commercial and strategic roles, Mr. Shriver joins Woodway amidst its expansion efforts to meet the increasing energy demands from sectors such as data centers, independent power producers (IPPs), utilities, industrial customers, and LNG facilities.

Previous Experience:
- Senior Roles: Shriver has held senior commercial positions at leading data center developers, including Digital Realty and Vantage Data Centers.
- Achievements: At Vantage, he played a pivotal role in expanding their North American markets and significantly increasing capacity, which involved billions in planned investments.
- Focus Area: His recent work has centered on developing on-site generation solutions to improve power reliability and flexibility for customers.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Shriver contributed to telecommunications firms such as NEXTLINK/XO Communications, Level 3 Communications, and CenturyLink, where he helped launch and scale new infrastructure-heavy products.
