Zach Hickerson, the brother of Brian Hickerson (the late actress Hayden Panettiere’s boyfriend), is currently addressing legal issues after being arrested for disorderly conduct at a restaurant in Greenville, South Carolina, on September 12. Following his arrest, he paid a bond and was released the next day.
He is facing a deferred sentence, which will be reviewed by a judge in six months. The incident involved multiple individuals during an altercation at Wild Wing Café, with Zach being cited for being highly intoxicated and using profanities in public. While Brian was at the scene with visible injuries, he was not charged.
Zach criticized social media rumors related to their situation and indicated he would provide clarity on the arrest in the future. The incident occurred shortly after Panettiere’s death due to a drug overdose.
