After years of performing, Angel faced burnout and health issues, prompting him to prioritize wellness. This led to a partnership with cardiologist David Rizik, co-founding the wellness brand High Level Science, which emphasizes science-backed supplements, particularly for women’s health.
In his daily routine, Angel emphasizes the importance of a peaceful sanctuary at home. His primary bathroom serves as his haven, designed like a home spa. It features a big tub for Epsom salt baths, a sound machine, and beautiful mountain views. This nightly wellness ritual, which includes meditation and technology detox, has improved his energy and focus.
He finds joy in decorating his space and plans to install an infrared sauna, emphasizing that consistent self-care is key to his physical and mental health.
