Travelers claim Maryland travel agency abandoned 70 women in France and is delaying refunds.

A travel company based in Maryland called Younique Ventures is facing backlash after cutting short a luxury trip to France for over 70 women. Customers reported unexpected costs, disrupted plans, and difficulties contacting the company for refunds. The “Goddess Refresh Experience,” which was meant to be a women’s retreat, ended prematurely due to a flight disruption, forcing travelers to make their own arrangements for returning home.

Kendra Brown, co-owner of Younique Ventures, informed the group that the trip would conclude early, leading to a chaotic reaction among participants. While Brown promised refunds within 60 days for canceled portions, many are still waiting for their money. The company stated that last-minute aircraft changes left them with insufficient seats, which allowed them to avoid separating the group.

Another traveler scheduled for a trip to Australia and Fiji reported a lack of communication regarding flight and hotel confirmations, prompting her to file a police report concerning potential fraud. The local sheriff’s office is investigating these allegations.

Younique Ventures has assured that they are working to provide affected travelers with updates and travel credits, pledging to keep everyone informed.
