Updates on Crown Jewel and WrestleMania 43 in Light of Travel Issues (WWE News)

There are ongoing uncertainties regarding WWE’s upcoming events, particularly Crown Jewel 2026 and WrestleMania 43, in light of the US Department of State’s recent Level 3 travel advisory for Saudi Arabia. This advisory warns against travel due to potential risks such as armed conflict, terrorism, and local laws that affect social media use.

Concerns have been voiced by some WWE roster members as Crown Jewel is scheduled for November 7th in Riyadh. However, an update from Fightful Select indicates that construction for the event’s venue, the Riyadh Seasonal Stadium—a temporary outdoor location—will commence soon.

While WrestleMania 43’s date remains unannounced, WWE hopes to reveal it around the time of Crown Jewel. Saudi representatives have recently met with WWE officials to discuss making WrestleMania 43 a significant event, particularly in preparation for the 2027 showcase.

As the date for WrestleMania 43 remains pending, independent wrestling promotions are eyeing the announcement closely to plan their events during WrestleMania Week, which could coincide with major AEW events.
