Structure Fire Claims Pet and Causes Home Damage

According to Crisp County Fire Chief Russell Ayotte, a structure fire that occurred at 11:00 AM on September 29 resulted in the tragic death of a pet. Fortunately, the homeowners were able to escape without injury. The fire caused significant damage to both the house and a nearby storage building due to flames and smoke.
