Celebrate National Lobster Day at Confab Kitchen & Bar in Atlanta

Confab Kitchen & Bar, under the direction of owner Doug Gross and Chef Jason Hall, showcased their traditional lobster roll during a recent segment on ATL Live. This culinary demonstration highlighted the perfect blend of chilled lobster meat, delicate seasonings, and a toasted split-top bun, alongside a preview of the restaurant’s diverse menu and craft cocktails.
In addition to its seafood selections, Confab Kitchen & Bar offers great spaces for sports enthusiasts and social gatherings. The dining room and outdoor patio feature multiple screens for college and professional football broadcasts throughout the week.
The venue also hosts a live music series every Friday evening on its outdoor stage, combining local musical performances with dinner service for a fun night out.
