Nationwide Supplement Recall: Check Your Cabinets for Injury Risk

The Consumer Product Safety Commission has announced a nationwide recall of a dietary supplement that poses a serious risk of poisoning to young children.

Around 148,000 bottles of Mindbodygreen Ultimate Multivitamin+ Dietary Supplements are being recalled due to noncompliance with federal regulations regarding child-resistant packaging.

According to the recall, “The bottles contain dietary supplements with iron, which must be packaged in child-resistant containers as mandated by the Poison Prevention Packaging Act.”

“The current packaging lacks child resistance, creating a risk of serious injury or death from poisoning if young children ingest the contents.”

The affected products were available for purchase on Mindbodygreen.com between November 2021 and November 2025, with prices ranging from $40 to $70, based on subscription options.

As of February 4, 2026, there have been no reported injuries linked to this issue.

Consumers are advised to “immediately keep the recalled bottles out of children’s reach and contact Mindbodygreen for a free, child-resistant replacement cap.”

A complete list of product codes, lot numbers, and manufacturing dates can be found on the CPSC product recall page.

In conclusion, the recall of Mindbodygreen’s Ultimate Multivitamin+ supplements highlights the importance of child safety in product packaging. Consumers should take immediate action to ensure the recalled items are securely stored out of children’s reach.
