Casey’s to Acquire 20 ASAP Energy Stores in Oklahoma

Casey’s, an Iowa-based convenience store chain, has announced its agreement to acquire 20 ASAP Energy stores in Oklahoma. A spokesperson confirmed that the transaction is contingent on obtaining regulatory approvals.
This acquisition is part of Casey’s strategy to expand its network by adding at least 400 stores. Currently, Casey’s operates nearly 3,000 locations across 19 states.
