Zach Hickerson, the brother of late actress Hayden Panettiere’s boyfriend, Brian Hickerson, has resolved a recent legal issue stemming from his arrest for disorderly conduct at a Greenville, South Carolina, restaurant on September 12. The 38-year-old paid a $150 fine and settled the case on September 23.
After his arrest, Hickerson was released on personal recognizance the following day. He was involved in an altercation at Wild Wing Café that led to multiple patrons being detained. Police reported that Hickerson was highly intoxicated and began yelling in a public space before being taken into custody.
His brother, Brian Hickerson, who was present during the incident, was not charged but had visible injuries on his face. According to a police report, Zach Hickerson faced consequences for attempting to approach his brother despite police orders and expressing frustration over other party members not being detained.
This incident occurred shortly after Panettiere’s passing on August 16, attributed to drug toxicity. Following his release, Zach Hickerson expressed his frustration with the media and the public’s response to rumors, noting the challenges the family has faced during this time.
