Peachtree Entertainment has announced plans for a new 1,000-seat venue called The Rail, to be located in the Commons Entertainment District, a 43-acre mixed-use area about a mile from downtown Lexington. This venue is designed for a capacity of 2,200 guests and will feature amenities such as six full-service bars, premium VIP spaces, outdoor decks, and a versatile floor plan for various events.

Peachtree is recognized as a leader in live music, being instrumental in launching successful country artists like Luke Combs, Morgan Wallen, Luke Bryan, and Ella Langley.
