Control Resonant, by Remedy Entertainment, stands out for its breathtaking visuals. Utilizing Nvidia’s path tracing technology, the game elevates the surreal, mind-bending experience of its predecessor.
During testing with the Nvidia GeForce RTX 4080 Super on LG’s 39-inch 5K2K OLED monitor, I experienced a stunning enhancement in graphics, though the GPU ran quite hot.
Performance at 5K2K Resolution
Running at a resolution of 5120 x 2160 (21:9 aspect ratio), the setup demands significant GPU power—over 33% more pixels than 4K. Despite the intensity, the gameplay remained surprisingly smooth.
