Couple Uses SpaceX IPO Fortune for $25,000-a-Month Year-Long Journey to the French Alps and Italian Grand Prix

SpaceX IPO Transforms Couple’s Lives into Year of Adventure

Brian Aggrey, 35, a former SpaceX employee, and his wife Phoebe Novack have turned a record-breaking IPO into a journey of a lifetime. After quitting their jobs, the couple allocated $25,000 a month for a year of travel, exploring places like Milan, Chamonix, and Paris, with plans to visit Mexico City.

The IPO, which briefly made Elon Musk a trillionaire, created many millionaires among SpaceX employees. Aggrey, who spent over a decade at the company, built up a substantial stock stake due to performance bonuses and wise investments. “We risked it all, and thankfully it paid off,” he noted.

The couple’s “Year of Freak” includes passions like acting and arts, with Novack studying at the prestigious Fontainebleau School of Acting. They plan to end their adventure with skiing and surfing in California, before considering future career paths, including enhancing U.S. public transit systems.

With over 4,400 SpaceX employees becoming millionaires post-IPO, Aggrey’s story reflects the life-changing potential of strategic investments and dreams realized.
