MGA Entertainment has announced the launch of their new music video and single associated with the Mirror Mi doll line. The collection features six fashion dolls, each representing a distinct emotional persona: Blaze Maxx (electric), Amora Valentina (love), Luna Skye (dreamy), Akiko Kittyama (cozy), Shai Meadows (sheepish), and Suki Goldpetal (fragile).
The cinematic music video portrays the dolls in a performing arts academy, highlighting themes of friendship, self-expression, and personal growth. With an emphasis on character development through music and storytelling, MGA’s chief marketing officer Josh Hackbarth stated that each detail—from the dolls to the music—aims to deepen the connection between fans and the characters.
Produced in collaboration with London Alley Entertainment and directed by Grammy-nominated Colin Tilley, the video is part of a larger vision that includes plans for stop-motion films and a short-form animated series in 2026.
In essence, the Mirror Mi line seeks to create emotionally resonant, creatively fearless dolls, enriching the idea of character design to foster meaningful connections. The music video is available for streaming on YouTube, alongside the single “Reflections.”
