The Tri-State Fair in Amarillo, Texas, is making a lively return this year, featuring rides, games, and a variety of live entertainment. Attendees can look forward to new food offerings, such as the intriguing “pickle dog” from Sue Sue’s All About Bacon, which consists of a pickle wrapped around a bacon hot dog.
In addition to the culinary delights, the fair is introducing a significant scholarship initiative, with a $25,000 scholarship up for grabs—the largest offered by any fair in Texas. This initiative aims to benefit local youth.
Families can expect ten days filled with fun activities, including competitions, a rodeo, a petting zoo, and live music, all included with day admission. Popular performers like Josh Weathers and Jake Hooker are slated to take the stage.
Visitors are reminded of the fair’s clear bag policy and can rest assured knowing that security personnel will be present throughout the event to ensure everyone’s safety.
