Qualitas Energy has launched Navaris as the new brand for its operations in Germany, consolidating its portfolio, project pipeline, and teams. Navaris boasts a robust pipeline of over 3 GW in advanced development stages, with 1.3 GW currently under construction or operational. The company has secured over 500 MW of capacity in auctions this year, aiming for around 700 MW by year-end, and targeting an additional 1 GW by 2027.
Navaris oversees all aspects of project management from acquisition to long-term operation, supported by a team of over 200 employees across six German cities. Since entering the market in 2018, the company has expanded significantly, especially in onshore wind development and repowering projects. Existing contracts will transition to Navaris without changes to terms. Meanwhile, Qualitas Energy will continue direct investments in Germany through Qualitas Energy Fund VI.
