The New York Mets (69-80) are set to take on the Baltimore Orioles (72-78) in a three-game series at Citi Field. The Mets, recently coming off a 1-2 Subway Series against the Yankees, are hoping to bounce back. Their losses included a frustrating performance where they struggled against the Yankees’ bullpen after previously showing offensive promise.
The upcoming series will feature some key players, including Pete Alonso and Francisco Lindor, both on the verge of their 300th career home runs. Mets fans are eager to see them achieve this milestone together.
